Event Route

Participants will enjoy a beautiful, five kilometer course along Alki Avenue SW. The course begins at the Alki Bath House (map) and then proceeds east along Alki Avenue SW. At Anchor Park, runners return to the starting point. This is a USATF-certified course.  TEST

Clothing Check

There will be a clothing check available. To help us preserve resources, please bring your items in a bag, backpack, or other enclosure. To protect your belongings, we will mark your item with your bib number and only the person wearing the bib with the matching number can retrieve the item.

Packet Pickup & Last Minute Registration

You can pick up your bib, shirt and timing chip as well as register for the 5K on Saturday May 22, 2010, in the west parking lot at West Seattle High School, 3000 California Ave SW (map) between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. 

Packet pick-up and registration is also available on the day of the event, starting at 8:00 AM.

Event Shirts

Technical shirts with our event logo will be given to all paid participants.

Dogs

Dogs on leash are allowed to participate along with a paid human, we ask that you maintain control of your dog and be respectful of other participants. Woof.

Jogging Strollers

You can bring jogging strollers but we ask that you please start toward the back of the pack.

Race Timing and Results

Professional race timing is provided by Rogue Multi-Sport. Timing chips will track your individual race information and your results will be available online within three-business days.

You will receive a chip in your packet. You must return the timing chip! There is a $10 fee for all timing chips not returned. You must return the timing chip, even if you do not participate in the event.

If you pick up your packet but do not participate in the race, please mail the chip in a padded envelope (the U.S. postal services sorting method will destroy the chip) to: Rogue Multi-Sport, P.O. Box 745, Beavercreek, OR 97004.
